President: Executive Head, can pass executive orders (limited power, made for temporary measures only) and request congress to pass/create certain bills, can veto/sign bills & amendments
Congress: 5-10 members, can pass bills and amendments to the constitution of nations (changing from parliamentary system to presidential system, right to property, money, etc.), bills made for long-term measures/regulations and requires 1/2 + 1 votes to pass (6/10 votes), amendments made for governmental changes and require 2/3 majority to pass (7/10 votes), can override presidential vetoes with 2/3 majority (7/10 votes)
Local (cities):
Mayor: Executive Head, has more power and is head of the City Council, can veto or pass bills and can vote on them
City Council: 3 people (not including Mayor), passes bills. Can override mayoral vetoes with unanimous vote (excluding Mayor)

Hold the power to regulate markets, land, companies, wages, and levy taxes (on profits).
Campaigns:
Use the in-game ad system, could create pages that the ads link to that describe their promises and who they are, also donation button to donate to specific campaigns
