I think it should be like a group system where anyone can form a government or country
i was thinking it would be based on existing cities and countries, and countries can form more cities (under certain requirements such as population), cities could expand their land area and countries could regulate markets
i think it would add more activity to the game (and also bring down rent prices, literally the only place where you can find rents below 50-75 a day is in chicago), i might dabble in it but idk id have to see how it would be implemented by the admins
