he literally cheesed the game and used an oversight to buy more land than anyone else in india. this government system would also expand land by building more land, which would crack down on monopolies. even without suing people you can break up monopolies
at this point in time its a skill isuee ngl any one can get land in india,but there and diff types of monoplies some are mostly bad but others help twin its not that hard to get money,
i think it would add more activity to the game (and also bring down rent prices, literally the only place where you can find rents below 50-75 a day is in chicago), i might dabble in it but idk id have to see how it would be implemented by the admins
