Like I hate it obviously, no one should have a monopoly over land but really its just a harsh strategy to dominate. Its allowed in the rules and its just not sporting or "fair" however it is allowed and they have taken advantage of that.

Yeah but its not punishable and personally I think shouldn't be, one of the things I like about this game is you can do whatever you want (except straight up scamming people).

i understand your point of view, but it gets to a point where it actively impacts how other people play the game. i can't buy property and yet xdcd pays $11,000 a day in land tax, in a singular city. thats more than my net worth, per day. you should be able to prosper but it can get to a point where its not prospering, its greed and avarice.

I got this idea from watching the show Suits, but what if we add law firms in addition to governments. We can have private lawfirms that can like sue companies if there is a scandal going on, like maybe the White Crow scandal where we could've gotten our money back in addition to a ban or government run lawfirms (like the Department of Justice) which can sue companies that hold a monopoly to force them to sell the thing they have a monopoly of (like XCDC owning all of Finland, Brazil, and Germany). This idea can use a lot of work on obviously as I just thought of it on a whim, but I think it can be cool
So what about good monopoly’s I had monopoly over cement which I used to help build XCDC ( other where doing so Bruce’s wages where so high but I was the idol who sold like 100k of cement to the land )land but I had a lot of poeple tell me to stop which I did I did give a lot back,I give a lot of cement to normal players but I don’t see why we need to sue poeple because they to much of each resource and what do you mean monopoly because I personally had like 5M water does that mean I have to get sued because of have lot of resources,I think BANING some because they play the game and grind for the resources will be the worst thing you can do like the worst that should not even be an option I think,we do need a justice system that’s fair even though I hate XCDC I respect the grind,

Anyone can get to the point where they can make over 20k a day it’s the matter in which YOU TRY,greed is not gonna stop anyone from trying further more getting money,I had made Home Depot during the mass land build which I was making more then 20k a day in net worth income,there are some ways you can try to make it fair but there always has to be someone willing to lose money to help other gain money,XCDC can pay that much because he play the game longer and learn how to find the best time to gain money and invest.

he literally cheesed the game and used an oversight to buy more land than anyone else in india. this government system would also expand land by building more land, which would crack down on monopolies. even without suing people you can break up monopolies

no monopoly is good because it pushes other people out of the market, even if not intentionally.
