He is probably producing water but not in a single day because he has so many alt accounts so they all just work in his companies daily.
He is basically using alts and making them work in his companies for cheap so that he can mass produce resources in his companies.
I am not sure why admin and monke have not reviewed this yet but they might be on leave or forgot about the game. Realistically it is impossible for him to grow this much and his referral badge plus the fact that none of his companies are on jobs page makes it pretty obvious he is using alt accounts.
