(If we can’t get the top entities to agree then we won’t be able to do it)
Spread the word I guess. We could also reach out to the admins so that they raise the baseline price of grain, water, or electricity, bc water is like 8 cents, and electricity 30. Grain is at 70 cents, but we need 1000 a day, so it's high enough I think. Or make food packages worth less.

Food companies are too hard to beat! I have my wages at $60 daily, and I'm not even on the front page of the available jobs page. And this gets worse for companies that aren't food companies, because it's impossible to beat those prices without losing money PLUS having to already pay directors if you have any. It's very difficult to get workers and profit, so I think we really need to fix this soon.

We’re literally in the same struggle… Running food companies is getting brutal with these insane wages. Back in the day, $51–58 was max, now it’s $65+! Like, why are we even paying that much? I request all companies to chill and bring wages down to around $55 or something.
I feel you guys, wages (and thus costs) have indeed been very high lately. It's also not very fair how much the top 1 position job influences the wage for everyone else.

As Bharat said, we’ll be lowering wages to the $40–$50 range by 5th April.

What do you mean raise the baseline price? All prices you see on the exchange, bar from currencies, are set by other players. There are no non-player resource or item trades as far as I'm aware.
Why should food packages need to be worth less? That's your profit!
It would be more beneficial if all resource companies produced more of everything. Resource costs would go down and thus profit margins on retail items would increase.
We are currently lucky that Food Packages sell very well, thanks to players with retail stores who offer a very fair price at $25/food, or today even at $25.1/food. But it's hard to predict how long that will last for.
i'll do it for the day but if stuff doesn't change then i will set it back the next day

I'll follow that trend then, I hope other people catch on too
Thank you
I think that all the top wage players have agreed now
