Yeah, I get where u are coming from 😅. If I don’t make my wages to $60 right now, my production basically stalls. Not trying to mess the system up.....just gotta keep things running..... cuz i aint rich like u broo

But anyways ill lower my wages too.... And maybe we should push some ads so everyone actually sees it..... like tell them to check the forum “FOOD COMPANIES” and understand the plan we’re on. That way no one’s left thinking they can just spike wages, and we’re all synced.... coz like there are still people with higher wages.

If the top wage is lower, ALL WAGES are lower. INCLUDING YOURS. If everyone lowers the salaries, everyone benefits from lower costs, and thus higher profits. The thing you are doing now, is actively working against the community sense, just to get access to the most workers right now.

I'm also increasing wages to $60+ too then, "to keep my production running" 😉😉, there's absolutely no point in doing this if not everyone is doing the same. Too bad guys, we tried, but I'm not going to have my companies have 0 workers because of people like this.
