Food companies are too hard to beat! I have my wages at $60 daily, and I'm not even on the front page of the available jobs page. And this gets worse for companies that aren't food companies, because it's impossible to beat those prices without losing money PLUS having to already pay directors if you have any. It's very difficult to get workers and profit, so I think we really need to fix this soon.
We’re literally in the same struggle… Running food companies is getting brutal with these insane wages. Back in the day, $51–58 was max, now it’s $65+! Like, why are we even paying that much? I request all companies to chill and bring wages down to around $55 or something.

when I still had foodovian, my first food company, the wages were 45$ and 60$ was seen as a spike
