Hmm.. land is the only way to invest currently - I don't know where else to put money in (and it's a 'moneygame' after all).
If everyone had free access to land it would become worthless, so it only makes sense to be hard to get as it's the only 'limited' asset in the game currently. And I'm always ready to sell at the right price - however it turns out that land is worth more to me than most I guess.
Anyway - with the recent changes to both land tax and building costs, there are only very few people who can even afford to use land, let alone purchase it (most of them will already own land). So I don't think there would be anyone I could even sell to if I wanted to.

@XCDC I can help i feel like i have to help i know its hard getting cement if you want i can provide 5k-50k cement a day to help land building,even tho you took all the land i respect you in any decision you make bc you worked to get such land.
