True but the change presents a opportunity the first people to streamline transportation will make thousands and activity will be high

Also I agree with most of these items but I don't like the idea of a yearly reset
Personally I think just purging old unused accounts would be the better idea by simply making them not have their renting contracts and sending a email to tell them so if they want to they can reset the contracts and remind them of the game

Maybe different leaderboards could be better

Also, taxing dividends may make players less willing to invest in companies

People might avoid making their companies IPO thus hurting the stock market

How would changing leaderboards relate to what I said

Another con could be the gradual increase of land taxes, it would make some players(who cannot acquire the funds to construct quickly) to sell off their land cheaply to the richer players

Mabye it just increases income taxes

Idk, (I also don't like the idea) what I'm suggesting is that there could be numerous leaderboards; a yearly one, a seasonal one, etc, if it is to encourage the growth of smaller/newer players

Yeah that makes sense but should probably be postponed for a bit until after some of the bigger problems are addressed
