The wage to get droids is soley dependant on the #1 highest wage. At least that is how it seems.

Dude this is bad. A singular company can just increase how much wage you need to get droids.

You guys are silly, the whole point of offering a higher wage is to get more people to come work for your company, you think amazon is gonna going together with Google to offer the same pay, so they both get workers... haha what a joke
