i like this idea but with how many companies everyone has people with less money who do this, will more than likely be further back on the page list and they may not get any players to work for them.

This may not be effective as the people offering the highest wages do not seem interested in business partnerships. I believe it would be an amazing idea if it were easier to enforce.
