It only works for detrimental votes, besides that is similar to the power of the 2 positions I mentioned as a law cannot be passed without their approval (i know that the law can then pass if its passed in parliament twice but that's besides the point)
Besides I can only veto detrimental votes
and what/who defines whether a vote is detrimental or not?

A vote is detrimental if the vote provides no (or little proportionate to the cost) benefit to the Government in short and long term
-benefits can be in the form of
—money
—members
—reputation/goodwill
If a vote delivers more benefits than its cost (for calculating long term benefits the maximum time taken into calculation is one year) or takes no resources and poses no liabilities (original rules shall be referred to as “Prime rules” votes to change the prime rules of the system requires all members to vote for it, but votes adding subsequent rules to the system while not trying to subvert the authority of the prime rules only require a majority, any vote that gets all members to vote for will create a new prime rule,) then it cannot be vetoed

reputation is still pretty vague and would be hard to measure, plus how much of any of these is worth in comparison to cost is also something that does need to be determined

Yes I was thinking on the exchange rates
-For money thats easy
-For members it’s measured against the entry tax and, if you can vouch for it their the taxes they provide (btw if you vouch for them and get it wrong you need to pay the remaining amount
-For reputation well… maximum spend of 1k per week on reputation and we’ll have a vote on what to spend it on (I won’t veto)
BTW new rule.
If you have taken an interest free loan you can’t leave until you pay it back
