Ok, I’ve revised the terms, instead of putting 50% on lock, you now pay a 2.5% of your networth as“entry” tax and 5% of your total weekly earnings (calculated by networth change per day) every week.
In return you gain all of our benefits which are:
- Interest free loans from RBI caps at (25 x credit score)% of total networth (must have been in the Government for 2 consecutive weeks) (subject to availability)

— Must be in the Government for 2 consecutive weeks
—Claims are:

—Maximum of 50% of total theft can be given
—Punishment for insurance fraud is 150% of the claimed amount

I think that as the government grows, there should be 3 members in the position of power so that a single person doesn't have all the power. The members should be chosen by how long they have been in the government.

the ability to Veto Votes doesn't really fit with that
It only works for detrimental votes, besides that is similar to the power of the 2 positions I mentioned as a law cannot be passed without their approval (i know that the law can then pass if its passed in parliament twice but that's besides the point)
