Once @XDCD finishes building up earth and stops buying Concrete at $0.70/kg, salaries will drop quickly. You'll then earn a better profit on Food and Boost drinks than you can right now. At the moment the market is artificially held high. There’s no point fighting it, since no one else can outbid his bankroll.
Just wait it out, or even start producing concrete yourself and/or enjoy the high job salaries (~$1,500/day).
I completely understand your frustration, my previously most profitable companies are currently shut down because of this situation.
