basically that but such would need universal taxes to pay for it while not inflating USD, as a alternative the money for the subsidies could come from the government companies

Yeah governments are very influential in economics so I want that system to be in place or optional

it would be kind of complicated, but a president/PM type stuff can be good, but players would need to vote etc in elections too for that. But idk what they would be doing/have command over. Maybe like high priority suggestions to admin?
