@XDCD has fully built up Berlin. All 25 plots of land have been built on and there are 10 Retail Stores (Amazon) and 15 Apartment Buildings (Marriott) in total.
I do have to compliment him for the pleasant layout he chose for the buildings (see image below).

Sao Paulo has 21 plots remaining empty, Helsinki has 3 empty, and the 3 United States locations have: 9 empty in LA, 4 in Chicago and finally 11 in NYC (incl 2 Communism plots).
This brings the total of empty plots owned by @XDCD or one of his companies to 48 empty plots, down 5 plots from the 53 empty plots I reported on last week.
