Don't buy into the scheme guys, he's double dipping. Also, after you bought the Communism shares, the land will be taken out of the holding, your share also loses value.
Bottom line: not worth it unless you know you can outbid anyone and both plots of land will be auctioned under the same 25 shares sold rule. And even then you still overpay. I understand @XDCD 's reasoning for his pricing, but imo it's too high for the current game's state & economy. At least he gives players some option to obtain land.

I would actually prefer keeping the land as selling it would probably increase the demand (and cost) of materials.
The offer to auction the land is only due to the amount of private messages I get.
However, if everyone thinks this is too expensive, I will offer to buy-back the company shares at 10K each (as long as there aren't 25 shares owned by other investors).
