what type of food be specific like dish or main course

Spaghetti is amazing especially if you pair it with good meatballs
but most of the pastas are great too
Ravioli is the only one I don't like
but you do need good sauce for any of them

Either
Panner butter masala with chappati or naan
Or
Ghee roast dosa with sambar

They are both very good but taste is a matter of opinion
Me personally, I prefer a variety but those are my favourites

(BTW im vegetarian)

Although ramen is very good as well

Everything is great.

Simit, baklava, dürüm döner, iskender, lahmacun, pide, lokum, köfte, mantı, kebap, mercimek çorbası, künefe, it is all so good bro and there is like so much more food I can't list. Every single food in Turkey is so good.

I heard beyran is a very popular dish in Gaziantep, how popular is it in the rest of Turkey?

Idk I never heard of that dish. I'll search it up but just in case did you mean to say ayran which is a drink?
