Have y'all seen the ad by Wealth Management. XDCD wants even more land since he offered 150k to a person who is willing to give him a piece of land.

Also I have a feeling that Admin might add more land to the other cities after the auction for the current ones end.

Personally I will not give him my land and I suggest that you do not either. 150k is a lot of money but think, that man already has around 64 pieces of land. He doesn't need more.
