Probably his parents. I'm not going to say they are bad parents though since there are bad stuff on discord. But I think masterplayer833 can know what is dangerous and what is not (since I think he is in high school) but parents know the best.
I am iin high shcool, and it is my parents, I didn't even get a phone until a couple months ago. I do have a laptop and a desktop and coding lessons though.
