Experience increases based on your net worth alone, it is not necessary to be online in the game.

There is a limit of 50 Director/CEO jobs per player (with VIP). This limit was temporarily off but was reinstated in the update.

This notification is only shown for new players (under 2 weeks old account). Perhaps this time limit could be lenghtened (or removed altogether).
no there are a lot of weird stuff just take a look at the highscores and you'll see
I checked some of the players that have different ranking in net worth and experience points. In all cases, it was because the player's net worth had fluctuated.
What exactly do you think is the "weird stuff", so I can take a closer look?
