well it depends what AI for example chess ai can be pretty easily made and run

I want to make an AI that can develop and learn.

Yes, I was alking about text gen ai, that uses obscene processing power.

Ai that can develop and learn is very difficult and It has not been done well yet. An ai that can develop and learn would be very difficult, millions of lines of code probably to make it good.

i want to make game ai that can like interact with a digital enviroment i don't really have any appeal for text gen Ai
besides a game Ai would be easier and likely simpler to make

I will. It is not done yet, it is in development. Though messaging works, and it is more like moneygame messaging. I will soon add chats, once that is complete I will release first version.
