I agree that more land is needed, how can anyone do anything with retail or hotels when all the empty land is owned by one person. Maby make it so that if you own a piece of inactive land, the taxes increase exponentially for the time you own it. If you don't want it anymore, or the taxes are too much, it goes to an auction that you cant buy from. Also, admin doesn't respond to my messages. The game says that to contact them either email, or message the ingame admin, well, I messaged them days ago, and I haven't received an answer.

AI means anything run by a computer to automate something complicated it is also a term used to describe NPCs
