when I made the USA STATE GOVERNMENT(Oldest Gov) people were having shares but the investors was saying to me to transfer their shares to the USG(IPO Gov).
when the USG was going to IPO I set a number of 50 for buy but that number was going down to 45 and into 1y that number go to 46 so I will use 46 for my calculations.
but people that were having shares from the oldest Gov that will not count bc that shares was transfer to a company that was private. I only will give money to people that spend their money in my IPO(Gov).

All of this is false except the shares owned you never made it clear that you where transferring shares,
If you don’t give them there money back I will give them some shares for AP for FREE as compensation as well as 1K each with high dividends

So your avoiding paying the big shareholders so that you only need to pay the smaller shareholders. So your just scamming
