Set a tax rates based on titles (e.g 5 for pleb, 25 for beginner, 150 for business man, 750 for mogul, 1500 for tycoon, 2k + 500 for every million for millionaires, 5k for multi millionaires ) with an option to plead for less tax in the case of semiactivity (only playing for forums and messages)
