I think it's a confederation thing, a confederation company outbid me for street 1 plot 4, which is one of the ones owned by orange holding

Somethimes that happens bc the owner has an ongoing trade to somebody for the entire company shares, but if they haven't accepted it yet, then it says nobody owns it bc the previous owner is giving away shares but no one has accepted it yet. As for no CEO, maybe since they're giving away the company, they quit their job as CEO.
