Is there a debt limit of 1,499,999$ because my debt hasn't gone over that for a while.

Goldman Sachs is a bank and all that debt is the money deposited in the bank. I should've worded it better I'm talking about loans and personal debt. And I can't pay it off I don't have that much money.
