I'm saying that because you don't have the money to raise wages to $100+, the wages were that high because XDCD put a buy order for cement at a high rate so that no other production was possible and you were basically working under him, so XDCD is the only reason you were able to offer that high wages (and every single player was offering $100+ wages too).
