I don't pay normal wages I pay high wages like 60-100 or more and the hole point in which I am doing so is to give free money I fire people everyday because it gives a chance for more people to get more money,if I see that the wages are high because of me I will lower and put more resources in to the exchange but cheaper.

Wages are way high, I have given up producing anything tbh and just trade now. I had a caffeine company that I had to close and the rest of my companies just have low wages

Your paying like 70$ wage and you always kick everyone so there is always space for people to work there, and it's not like your paying them $1000 extra, all they are missing out on is $10. I always see your company with available jobs. Even if you pay $100 it's only $40 which they are missing out on which isn't even that much. So I don't see how alts are stealing money from people because even if the jobs get filled up it's only $40 and it isn't even much. Your just over exaggerating it

Yea all land is built on already except xdcd's plots in NYC. Only one building rn is PikaDrew I think because his cement companies are on available jobs and he has a empty plot of land with confederation.
