How it works

In PublicBharatVenture voting power is determined by the number of shares you have, for votes the majority shareholder will not participate but reserves the power to veto a decision if that said decision is very detrimental to the shareholders (e.g sending all the money to one shareholder)

Who can start a vote

In PublicBharatVenture (PBV for short) any share holder can start a vote, votes need a majority to pass inactive players are excluded (not played in 30 days)

Announcements

Announcements can only be posted by majority shareholders and will have this as a heading

They include but are not limited to, growth reports, dividends, milestones, vote results, and changes
