As far as I can tell you can't get the Creator's Gmail through forms and sites
However sites is hosted on your network which is sometimes school meaning you can get someone's general location with a Google search or two
so I found out that with Google forms it might (haven't been able to check outside of the organization this is on) say what organization the creator of the form is in
