I'm pretty sure the reason @Admin doesn't add more land if because he knows who will own at least half, if not all, of the land after he puts it up. Imagine putting up 10 pieces of land and 6-7 go to 1 player. It's probably a dilemma he has on his mind haha
Maybe he can make some kind of raffle or contest where each player can only win 1 land each maximum? Then players can still decide themselves if they want to develop the land or sell it to other players/companies?
