cus cement would be useless as there is no land to build on, electricity would be useful but not that much. only thing would be like food, even that people would generate more then they consume.
and also if admin adds new land ig there could be a chance you can get land, cus he makes it so only 1 bid per person, so 1 person can bid on only 1 piece of land.

if he does not control all the land then Cement would be far more stable as it would have a basis to work off of (people building)
plus food and all the different products would be worth a lot more than they are now as people would be competing with prices

I dont think most people have money to build land, and the way everyone makes money is from cement, like cement has basically been the money maker of the economy, and the only buyer is XDCD.
Ig if he did not buy then price would go down thus increasing number of people buying, but that would reduce profits for workers too tho.

The problem is that cement will crash as soon as that offer is finished
Plus having a group of maybe 15 people selling and competing is better than 4 with one controlling a vast majority of the power in that sector and the entire economy
