Qestion why does admin not hire more coders or more moderation to help instead of clumping everything up to 2-3 poeple

I'm sure people would volunteer for those roles, but I think 1 mod is enough for now.

And for coders ig he does not trust people to handle the coding part? And could also be that he might have to pay coders.
It's just an assumption tho.

While he was doing great work independently.

Also the game isn't generating income yet (I think?) so he would have to pay that salary from his own money.
