Yea but they have rules to follow and stuff like they can't do embezzlement or fraud, but there are no rules like that here, if your a director or CEO, you can do anything with the company money even if other people own a share of it..
I do a trust foundation souly because I don't really care about IPO,I am 100% trust worthy because I use and all ways give back money to invest such as BullGame
