Under Business » Auction you can both place things that you own on auction and bid on existing auctions.
An auction is created automatically for the company shares lost by a dead player and pieces of land that have no current owner.
Players can also create their own auctions for company shares and pieces of land that they own for a one-time fee of USD 5.00.
Currencies and items are not included in the auction system.
An auction runs for 48 hours and the highest bidder wins.
You must have at least 5% health remaining to place bids.
If you bid and then get overbid, you receive your bid money back.
If the remaining auction time is less than 2 minutes when bidding, the auction is extended for another 2 minutes after the last bid.
When bidding in the final 2 minutes, you must increment the bid amount by at least 5%.
Auctions for company shares will restart if the worth of the company shares drops more than 25% from the beginning of auction.
Note that when bidding on land, each player may only bid on one piece of land at a time.
