As such I think that there should be a group of people that new players can message with propositions and get help and advice to such ideas.
this would kinda be like a business advisory group who if one player can't help then they would reference them to another player who can.
as Compensation for the help the players who are helping get 10% of the company that they would help with which the player who owns the majority of such company can buy it back later on
this would probably provide rewards to both sides of such agreement
