I thought of it like renting the land out for a set period of time for a agreed upon sum and after that period it either gets returned or the lease gets prolonged.

What do yall think about the idea of adding leasing land as a feature?

urm one problem with that i think that there is no future with land bc there really only 10 pc of land not owned by XDCD

But this way he could keep land and even generate revenue with it and others could finally get a chance to also open up businesses which require land. Would this be a feature you could see yourself using @XDCD ?

I would definitely make use the ability to lease out land or buildings as long as it has safeguards to prevent theft.

To make money, which you could do If the lease is low enough for you to pay it regularly and still generate a profit with running the company on that leased land. The lower front up costs of leasing instead of buying would also lower the barrier to entry for all players.

which company? the retail? the apartments?
and what happens if there is still stock in the retail or someone is living in the retail when the lease ends?

i think that leaseing would be more costly then buying that land
