100 for 20
So that the players who buy the shares can sell them for higher e.g if I buy 100 shares for 10 then I can sell them for say 15 which would be below the price that the company lists it for
But Lucius was very against the idea and called me it a ipo manipulation

Just want to mention (fixed term loans are fine, but transferring to another bank and making the primary bank broke) and utilize that money to provide loans to different players through another bank is against the policy.
Yes, you should apply for a loan from another bank, and if they accept, then you can proceed. However, simply transferring money to another bank to provide loans and causing previous bank to go broke is against the policy.
Technically it’s unethical for investors of that bank because their net worth will go down as well
