What Could That Look Like?
Automation for Companies: Introduce bots that can permanently handle some tasks (not just temporarily) for a purchase and maintenance cost.
Worker Specializations: Add schools, certifications, or training so players can boost their skills, wages, and value to companies.
Retail Store Staffing: Allow players to hire workers for retail stores selling products to bot/NPC characters. Store inventory and what’s stocked could influence how much NPCs buy, or whether they buy at all.
Apartment Levels: Apartments could have upgrade levels that grant perks, like +5% energy recovery at level 2, +7% at level 3, etc., making them more valuable.
Retail Ratings: Stores could have ratings reflecting NPC customer needs—e.g., food packages might be in high demand for a specific day or week—helping players optimize stock.
I know these ideas might create loopholes or be exploited through alt accounts, but they’re intended to spark positive change and growth, not more restrictions. I’m not alone in wanting meaningful improvements.
