Hi, I was just wondering if there is any way to check any company's history or financials or private trades. I'm curious considering how some scams in game (example toxoid) were uncovered by checking a company's trades. Also it would help in investing.

I already did that investagation with the IPO scams

How do I access it? To be specifif, not of my company but of some other company that I am not a director or CEO of.
