I need land to build a retail store but I don't have the money to buy land. My offer is, I will give you 40% shares in my retail company and 40% of the profits from the retail store every week until I can pay for the land. The money needed to construct the retail store and purchase supplies will all be paid by me. I'm doing this so that I can buy food for 23$ so that the Great Depression Era ends. I'll only accept land that's in the U.S.A. though.
