I notice that the potential lottery payouts add up to less than half a penny (0.43%) on every dollar wagered. Most real life lotteries pay a minimum of 70% and most gaming lotteries pay almost 100%.
If the payouts are fixed so low for a reason, then feel free to ignore my comment.
