Could you add a paid feature for automatic daily work shifts? I really need this. I keep forgetting to do the work shifts every day, which causes me to lose out on work earnings.

Also add a contract module. This will make transactions between companies more realistic.

Also, is it possible to merge companies? Holding many similar companies under control is quite cumbersome to manage. Merging them would greatly simplify administration, which would be very user-friendly.
Naturally, job positions need to be increased accordingly after the merger. Otherwise, those of us with multiple companies would not have set up so many firms.

There is a reason why private trades don't work between companies for goods, it's to prevent monopolies, and contracts would allow monopolies,
