How to open up new countries?
Quoting MAK:How to open up new countries?
Countries and land get added by Admin. Players themselves cannot create new countries, but they can build on the land in countries.
Do you know how countries get more land? Is land added by construction companies, or are land gains and losses handled by the government/admin?

@Admin adds them and when they are added you can buy them from the auction.
