What happens if the IPO changes CEO? To clarify, I will not be leaving my position at the institutions in the near future but always had the question.

Like imagine if I gave my position away as CEO. Then the new CEO breaks the rules of IPO and steals the money for themselves. Am I liable?


Then a different question, imagine someone else owns majority shares and makes themselves CEO and steals the money. Would I be liable then?

Gng OFC your liable, any choices made towards that company is/should/always be for the better on the investers and or the company it self as CEO anything you do you are liable

Ok what about example 2? The shareholders choose to have a new CEO using the power of majority shares?
