Hello @lucius, sorry for the delayed reply, what can I do for you?
No Problem glad to here from you LOL,
I don't know if you have seen the forum made by me,but the resent actions of @MDND taking all assets from the (IPO) company which has found to have may scams in it further more taking all assets from the company along with the money invested which is more then 200k in USD, invested asked why he took everything for him self but said "Its not my problem" He has violated IPO rule 1 (All action should be benefit to shareholders and no assets should be pulled out)
this money was taken from players who have played a long time as well as new up and coming players.

I have informed @MDND of the rules that apply to IPO companies, notably this section:
IPO (Initial Public Offering) allows you to turn your company public. This means that the shares will be tradeable by everyone on The Exchange. Turning your company public has a one-time fee of USD 10 000.00, and you must place at least 500 shares for sale on The Exchange.
There is no way to manually turn your company back private again, but this will happen automatically if there are no stocks traded on The Exchange within the last 90 days.
RULES APPLY to public companies. The public company directors MUST work towards the favour of all shareholders. This means no withdrawing funds to particular owners, no shady loans or deposit, etc. Breaking these rules will lead to a banishment!
