We company to have the option to blacklist a specific player or players this can be used to stop the alt accounts from working there permanently, meaning that they will not be able to work at that company until the blacklist has been lifted. This can also help the situation with alt accounts and if somebody is using an alt account, the company owner can choose to blacklist all the alt accounts.

Weren't you banned for using an alt? And tbh I doubt it would help because they would just work for a slightly cheaper company and its a lot of work to keep blacklisting the player when they join a new company. And like if an alt is working for me...I won't be complaining...

You won't get banned for no reason if you did not abuse or work with that account..
Also who are these alt accounts? Name them because first of all how do you know they are alts?
