I trade the exchange and I am sure people have a general idea on how much things are worth. In order that I do not put in ridiculously low or high offers, can someone please tell me how much each item is consistently produced for?

just check the prices people are offering in the exchange, theres also a tooltip on companies showing how much each product costs to produce per unit

How much does it cost to produce? Sell for above how much you produced for but also at a reasonable price that will actually get hit. I may or may not be currently putting in orders, you can sell at 0.25/unit instantly until that one is gone, or you can sell above that amount and hope people buy it. Just have a look at the thing at the bottom and the volume and you should get a general idea, also the graph is helpful to predict where price may soon go to.
To conclude, sell at a reasonable price(not too high) that is above your production costs.
